"So let me start by saying, I'm picky. I take pride in it because it makes me feel good when I feel like its done right. I needed a fill in for my acrylics and gel put on top. My manager told me about this salon and my old one wasn't so great anyways. I made two trips to this salon in two days. The first trip was fine but I went home and felt they could have been shorter and pointier. And my choice in polish was off. Then one broke. So I went back the next day. Today. And Jon, whose worked there for 19 years took care of me. Not only did he listen and fix everything just as I like, but he is very personable and makes good conversation throughout the entire process. Which for some of us can take an hour to two. He was so patient and understanding. Even took his time to help me find a color that I actually wanted. Which is hard for me. And all he charged me for was a polish change. I will continue to do business with them for years to come :) thanks Jon"
