"First time visit. Made specific appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. Upon entering was immediately told I was late. I stated my specific appointment time. I really like that they take appointments and honor the time. Very nice. One of us got SNS manicure which chipped in 4 days and the other gel manicure which chipped in 6 days. Very disappointing for the money spent."
