"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! MY ACRYLICS STARTED FALLING OFF 2 DAYS AFTER I GOT THEM! Only reason I went was because the place I usually go to is always a little busy so I saw this place that was empty(which now thinking, should’ve been an automatic red flag but at the time I just saw the ladies smile and they looked nice) and thought let me try it. But instead was rushed for no reason since there was no one else even there other then my mom who I went with. I had like two or three people trying to do my mani and pedi at the same time? I’ve never been to a place that does that. The ladies gave attitude and there opinion is the only one that matters I guess because I wanted almond shaped nails to which I got a dirty look and rude comments on how almond shaped are for old people and I need coffin shaped and like I understood but they could’ve said it in a nicer way and I thought “customers were always right” but not in this case. And they didn’t even do the acrylics correctly because some were a little crooked but still noticeable and bumpy and all of them were thick because they didn’t file them down correctly so they were overall awful. So the nails falling off 2 days later weren’t even a surprise or the worst part. I was actually kind of happy they fell off on their own because I didn’t want to have to take them off myself or pay them even more to take them off since everything was already way overpriced. In the end the next time I got my nails done I went back to the more busy place which is across from Ford City Mall called Nail Spa: 4837 W 77th St, Burbank, IL 60459 (which I recommend). They take their time to do everything the customer wants with no dirty looks or rude comments."
