"The quality is going downhill I used to love coming here, but the last few times my nails have not looked nice or lasted. They got some new polish they say is shellac but it’s actually gel and doesn’t last long. This last time I went to have French tips done for my wedding and the lady didn’t even trim my cuticles first, was rude, and kept hitting my hands. When I asked for coffin shape she tried but they were not symmetrical or straight across the top and when I tried to explain she acted annoyed and didn’t seem to understand or be able to fix the problem. Kathy, Jackie, or Cindy are the only people I would trust here. Everyone else has done a very poor job."
