"I have been here several times but today will be my last time. The management here is very poor. When paying for my service my daughter mistaking double charged my credit card. I asked the young ladies at the front desk to refund my money. They told me only the general manager was able to complete this transaction. Initially they said it could take three days to receive my refund. Later that night the store manager called me at home and said it would take a month. This is totally unacceptable the general manager is out of town and no one else has the code to reverse the transaction was the explanation. Poor customer service and management . General Manager single point of failure. Sharing that responsibility with one of your store managers at least would be more reasonable especially when leaving town."
