"although the place appears to be clean, the service is quite terrible. I went to the place twice because I was in a bind and most of the other places in the area were closed (both of my trips there were on Monday). Both techs that I saw seemed like they just wanted to fly through and move on to the next customer. It took about 30 minutes to get a gel manicure... and both times it came out pretty bad, the shapes were all off, the gel polish was all over my fingers and started to chip 2 days later... will not be coming back."
