"I had a horrible experience here two years ago and thought I would give it another try. I will never, under any circumstances, come back. It took over 90 minutes to get a basic manicure. The first 20 minutes were spent trying to get me to upgrade to a gel manicure. I must have been asked at least ten times before she finally gave up (it got to the point where the lady next to me commented on the ridiculousness ness of it all). The rest of my appointment was spent having my hands jerked around as she worked. The result is a streaky manicure. The edges of my nails were still really rough when I left, and I had to file them when I got home because they were catching on everything. Avoid this place at all costs."
