"I wish I could use zero stars because this place is horrible! The customer service sucks! They were late opening up. There was an entire line of people waiting to go inside and the owners were 30 minutes late. Once inside the salon is dirty and dusty. I usually go somewhere else but had an event to attend so I needed a fill in. They charged me extra without telling me. When I asked about the extra service charge, Julie began to raise her voice and yell at me. Instead of arguing back with her, I will never go here again... This place is dirty and techs do not wash their hands in between services!!! I literally had to ask the tech to wash his hands before touching my hands because he had just finished a pedicure without gloves on."
