Recent Review

"I have had pedicures here in the past and they were average quality at best. The staff was not overly friendly in the past but yesterday and today when I tried to inquire about getting my nails done the man who I believe is the owner was downright rude on both occasions. I am from out of town and visit Owosso in the summer time so I don't know the salon's exact policies. Yesterday I walked in and was not acknowledged for 5 minutes. I looked for a sign in sheet and they are so stupid and unprofessional that they do not have one even though several people were waiting. When I was finally acknowledged I politely asked how long it would be to get a manicure. He rudely told me at least a half hour and that they don't take appointments. I didn't ask for an appointment. Today I went back as I could not find another place in town with available appointments and am recovering from a broken leg. Several people were waiting. When the same man looked at me I again asked how long for a manicure. He became very irritated and said, 'When it your time. You sit and wait.' , while pointing to the people waiting. I was simply asking for an estimate of how long it would be. I really hope another walk-in salon opens in Owosso. I really think they would do well given the unprofessional, low quality, and unfriendly nature of this salon."
