"I was super excited to have found what seemed to be a decent place to get my nails done, but this place does not stand behind their word or their work. I went in last Monday with a regular nail polish color that my sister provided for her wedding party. I wanted to have the color applied with clear gel polish on top. The receptionist advised that they prefer not to do that because they “guarantee their nails for one week”. These were her exact words. I decided to find a comparable color in gel, thinking that it would actually last the promised one week and knowing the wedding wasn’t until Friday. I also got my toenails done there. Thursday comes and the nails are already chipping, but worse, my TOENAIL polish is chipping. Not sure about everyone else, but I usually have my toenail polish on for literal entire summers without any chipping. This was what made me decide to call back and let them know. I wasn’t specifically pressed about the nails, even though there was a “guarantee”, but the toenail polish they used was clearly old and I had to have my toes redone at the spa of the resort where my sisters wedding was held. I called to let them know what happened and was asked to text the pictures of my chipped toenail polish (thankfully I’d had the foresight to take pics) to someone’s phone. Pretty unprofessional, but I understood they’d want to see it. The receptionist indicated that she would call me back. After the pics were sent, she TEXTS me back that they were refusing my refund. She says any issues had to have been reported within three days. Now, if I suspected that there was even a sliver of a chance of the service not lasting three days, why would I or anyone ever go there?! What a joke! Don’t waste your money in this place, ladies! They totally ripped me off"
