"Went by my appointment for a plain manicure which was not the greatest.....the nail polish was put on too thick causing some mishaps. I decided to get a needed pedicure too but had not brought in my flip flops from car as it was not in my plans. Since I only.had the salon's paper.flip flops on and was afraid of slipping,and I had accidentally left my shoes that I had worn in towards the back of the salon....I asked the.young asian girl filling in at the front, to pleaae retrieve my.strappy sandals. Now, in most salons the employess will put your flip flops or footwear on at the time of painting your toenails, but I will typically do it myself as they already are handling the care of your feet. But the young lady used a napkin to pick them up, no problem, but then she walked with the sandal extended almost an arm's length in front of her!..Now this was a little dramatic and needless.to say there were no smells coming from the sandals. I was taken a back and would have risked slipping with the paper flip flops then the theatrics she put on. Moving on to paying, I had already paid 15 for the manicure so I asked to pay the 25 additional for pedi...well, maybe the girl didn't realize but the price is reduced by 5 dollars if you get a mani-pedi!!!!!! If you have someone working the front or filling in please have them be knowledgeable of.pricing. Someone did refund me the 5 dollars and apologize but overall I will not return."
