"Disappointed. I chose this place because they were open on Sunday and had better reviews than Ocean Nail Spa. My gel manicure appointment was scheduled for 2:00. They finished with me at 3:30. They squeezed people in right before my appointment and had me waiting for over 50 minutes before they actually started my nails. Their work doesn’t lead me to believe they’re up to date on their skills. My nails have several ripples across the tops of them, they’re all different lengths, and they forgot to paint the clear coat over one of my nails, so one is matte and the rest are glossy. Awful. I’ve never had such poor service. I wish I had never gone here. I feel ripped off. I hope they improve for the sake of their business and their customers. If you care about client satisfaction, please, ask me for my address so you can send me a refund."
