"they have Ann do your nails if your a new customer but when you come back they pass you off to less experienced techs my 2yr old daughter could have done a better job I had my nails done by two other techs and each time it was a horrible job now I go to Gloss Nails on 44th best decision I ever made if you do go to kims insist on Ann otherwise you will regret it. by the way Ann you deserve a raise😉"
