"WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! WOULDN’T RECOMMEND!!!!I was at Kims early today which is where I always go. Today has been the worst experience EVER. I felt that she kept saying nasty things about my feet. When I got my manicure she cut my nails VERY short. Normally they ask me if I went them cut but no today she just went ahead and cut them. My nails were the longest they have ever been but now they are the shortest. I always ask for gift cards there but never again will I ask for them. I will ask for the money back on the ones I have. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with today performance. The only reason I really come here is because they are cheap, easy, and quick. I have been waiting all day to come here and they just ruined my day. My nails hurt from how short they are and she kept telling me they were to long. I am sitting here crying because my nails hurt and I can barely type. I want my money back but from the reviews I read seems like that won’t be happening. Also whatever lotion they use left my legs all sticky. Also they got lotion on my apple apple watch band and it won’t come off. My polish has already started to come off. I could go on for days on how bad they were!!!!btw can I add that it took me 3 MONTHS to grow out my nails and she just snipped them away!!!!!"
