"Extremely sloppy. I hated the way my nails came out this last time I went in. First, all the nails were shaped unevenly. The color that I picked was color changing with heat which I was unaware of ... because one of the colors was neon orange I asked the lady to remove it so i could pick another regular color. She did NOT remove it and just continued to paint over the neon orange. Around the edges of alllll nails you could see the orange peeking out. I uploaded a picture, hopedully its published for you guys to see."
