"Can I give it zero stars? My first time there, went based on other reviews. Miserable experience. The technician cut into my toe and could not make the bleeding stop. He kept wiping it with the towel on which you rest your feet, getting blood on it, and using some blue solution from a tiny bottle. He also put my foot a few times back in the foot bath, which I am sure can’t be that sterile. I asked for some neosporin but they had none. I decided to forget about the pedicure and hobbled across the street to Safeway, where I got neosporin and a box of bandaids. All in all, no pedicure, $9 for a tube of neosporin and bandaids, and a throbbing toe. I sure hope they strerilize their equipment properly, and it won’t get infected. Not happy."
