"I wish I would have taken a pic of the terrible dip nails. Not so good. Didn't last two days, cracked in different spots. If A business warranties their work, I'll go back. One particular dip nail I had cracked two days later. Then the others followed in a week. That is $40.00 plus tax out the window. I had to bicker to get 50 percent discount on a redo, a big scene. Owner was going to charge full price! Then 20 percent off, then I agreed to 50 percent off. I'm not going where I have to fight three minutes to get good customer service. Owner has a lot to learn. This isn't the first time I complained there. I miss Nick and Liz. I guess I'm in the search again. I will say if you go here, ask for Helen. She does a lovely job. I will miss her! Sady. I have been a regular customer since March, about close to $500.00 I will spend elsewhere in the future.Bye, Helen! Your manicure lasted me three weeks! Thank you.
