"Just walked out. I've been here many times and the job they do is fine. My major complaint is that I called and asked for two pedis and they assured me there were 2 open chairs, get there in 5 minutes and they are seating a person in one after telling me they were reserved. They seated my daughter and then started rushing the person next to her to try to get a chair for me after I waited another 10 minutes. So often I am told '5 minutes' at a nail salon when I arrive and it's 30-40 minutes. Please be honest about availability, use good business manors, don't rush a paying patron when you are trying to cover your poor time management, and don't waste my time."
