"Called to make an appointment and was told they were only taking walk-ins and that there was a 12:30 appointment but my friend and I would be next. So after sitting there watching them take their time with the only two customers other than us, the husband finished his client and went to smoke or do whatever. Then the wife finished hers and disappeared as well. May I add that it was now 12:45. She finally came back and said 'we have two 1:00 appointments and if they don't come we'll take you guys'. I am floored. The only reason I stayed was because everyone else is packed and we've waited forever. They have very unfriendly attitudes to the people they're unfamiliar with and I will never be back again!"
