"I made a reservation a week ahead of time for pedicures for my friends and I and we waited for about 30 minutes after our scheduled time. One of our friends cancelled just prior to the appointment, I assumed it would be no big deal, then the owner rudely said “that it was an inconvenience because they could’ve scheduled someone to take their place” yet we waited past our schedule time and all of their staff had a client the entire time we were there. Then after sitting in the pedicure chairs for another 20 min, 2 of my friends had to sit and wait in the Luke warm water for anyone to even start their pedicure until after me and my other friends were completely done. Last but not least, they made a few of us bleed and it looked like a 9 year old finger painted the polish on. Will never be returning"
