"Worst experience I've ever had with a nail shop. Very poor communication. Wasted my time. The lady who works there is extremely rude and nasty. Jimmy said he would fix the situation with a discounted service. I don't even want to waste my time again. They need more workers to witness what just happened it was ridiculous."
