"Been here twice now. They are friendly enough bit the waits are ridiculous. I signed in as soon as we got there with what we were there for. They took us back for our pedicures which were well done. Then we just kept waiting until someone finally said 'do you want to pay?'. I told them we were waiting for a manicure for my daughter and a full set for me. They said they didn't know, even though I wrote it down on the sheet. There were two people, a man and a woman that kept switching back and forth to do my nails. I asked for acrylics with gel polish, they wound up giving me liquid gels with gel nail polish then charged me full price for them even though I told them 3 times I wanted acrylic. To be honest, my nails like like a 5 year old did them. Like when someone who can't draw, tries to draw fingers. They aren't shaped, they are flat not arched with the nail, and are lumpy. $115 for 1 child's mani/ pedi and a pedicure with a full set and now I have to pay for someone to fix them. They up charged on everything. Gel polish $10 extra, callous removal (says included on pedicure in brochure), $10 extra. Go somewhere else and have someone do it right"
