"Was literally one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. The man who had massages my legs and pampered me in the beginning of my pedicure was amazing! Did a fantastic job with taking care of me. As for the lady who did my pedicure and manicure, was the absolute opposite.I had informed her what I wanted and she did not do it at all. She informed me that she could not do what I asked after she applied something without my say. Also my toes had paint on the skin and looked sloppy.As for my manicure, never have I had my nails look so disoriented. More than 5 nails were different sizes, length was longer than I asked, and the lady was very aggressive doing my nails. I personally have carpal tunnel so it is hard to hold my hands certain ways. I had said ow a time or two hoping she would realize how much it was hurting but same treatment the whole time.I never from a nail appointment have cried in my car with such regret where I just spent my money. After my hand was in pain from the ways they were being forced.As for my friend who came with me, her manicure and pedicure looked great. She obviously got a better person who cared about what she wanted and was focused on taking their time with the customer.I was expecting to come out of that salon feeling better, but that was definitely not the case. Please if you are looking for a great experience, stay clear who you make an appointment with."
