"3 stars because of the inconsistent way in which the staff do things. For example, after a manicure they give you a short shoulder massage. Usually it's a pleasant experience, but today it actually caused me pain because of how hard he did it. They also do a fill with gel polish differently. That being said, they are extremely thorough and do a great job, hence their high prices."
