"Got a pedicure with a girlfriend for her birthday. They usually bring out a new set of unopened tools, I didn’t see her open a new set—they were just sitting on her tray. Nail tech didn’t ask me if I wanted my nails cut, just cut all of them incredibly short. She scrubbed my foot for a second and didn’t even try. I was able to scrape the dead skin off of my heel with my fingernail. When I complained, she came back an rescrubbed just one heel. She also didn’t put lotion on my feet, only applied lotion to my legs? Both sides of my toes are red, swollen and look infected. Going to have to try a different salon."
