"I really like Sheena and the other girls at the salon and that is why I am giving 3 stars. I purchased Groupons for threading, but I'm sorry to say that I have been disappointed and nervous a few times. The girls are not ready to practice professional threading...I think they need more training. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for the last 15 years and it is obvious that they are not experienced, yet. Another problem is that there are only 2 employees that will do threading and it seems like they don't work very often. I have 2 expired Groupons and one more about to expire because I can't get ahold of anyone. I even walked in because they don't always answer the phone, but nobody could help. I have called at least 5 or 6 times this month and my eyebrows are a mess!!! I don't want to go elsewhere because I trusted Sheena's advice about the shaping and growing some out and this takes time. I also hate the fact that I have wasted money on several Groupons that have expired, including a third that expires this week. The hours are inconsistent and I am really getting frustrated because I can't even make an appointment. The salon space is clean and gorgeous, but they are not available during their advertised business hours. I want this salon to do well, but I can't see it happening, not right now."
