"The only reason why im giving this place 2 stars is because of the work that is done by Nina ONLY but THEY TREAT YOU HORRIBLY!! The man named T (supposedly 1 of the owners and husband if nina) is VERY rude to his customers, i came with 2 pictures for pricing and he became aggravated because i was asking him. Plus he just makes up prices out of THIN air for the nail designs you want. I decided to go with the 1st nail design i showed him even though he said it was $90! Then after she started putting on my acrylic nails i changed my mind because i decided it was too pricey for acrylic nails so i said how much was the other pic of a simple desgin... he said $85.. so then i asked him how much was a regular full set of acrylic nails if your charging me $85 for no design? He hesitated and made up a lie and said because i picked Nina to do my nails she's extra when a full set is $50!!! Like i know Nina's work is amazing but your charging your customers an extra $35 for what?!! He had the nerve to have a attitude the whole time during this process and thats why i will not be coming back even if the work is good from 1 nail technician. very rude and unprofessional and he rips you off. My nails should not cost close to $100 for a simple full set and nothing else. IVE SHOWED NOTHING BUT RESPECT AND SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS HERE AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR REPEAT CUSTOMERS??!!! CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE RESPECTED ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR BUSINESS IS ONLY RUNNING BECAUSE OF US."
