"I had an appointment at 4 to get a fill that normally would take 45 minutes tops. An hour and 45 minutes later I had to ask the lady to hurry as I had to be somewhere by 6. I was late for that and my nails look like crap. I would venture to guess if she wasn’t talking to her coworker the whole time things may have gone faster."
