"I'm sorry to have give a bad rating because I've been here 2 other times in the past 2 months and had wonderful service. Today I went there for a mani-pedi, the girl was very obviously angry at something. I had to tell her she was scraping too hard with the tool, she was very rough with pushing my feet away from her when she was done, I got the wax on my feet and all the wax pooled below my heels, she didn't make sure it went all over my feet like they usually do. At no time did she ever say hello to me, never did she smile, she made me feel as if I did something wrong. To top it all off, I gave her over 20% tip, decided maybe she was having a bad day and maybe that would help, she did not even say thank you!! She took the tip off the counter and turned around and walked away as she was talking to a co-worker. There are many many choices for mani/pedi's in this area, you can be sure I will be going somewhere else next time."
