"I asked for a specific style of nails I found google, the lady said “thats expensive” and had me picked a color for a fill. I complied since it was almost 10pm and I had driven 20 minutes. The tech who did my feel slapped my hand several times. She was so rough I couldn’t believe it. When she was done, she got my purse and said “money” She took my card out of my purse and charged it. They basically kicked me out. I understand it was closing time but they treated me so bad!"
