"I picked out my color as I was told. Get my pedi and the my nails. Same color. All of a sudden when it's time to pay it's $10 more. Why? Oh you got gel nails. Um no I picked a color like you said. Are all your colors gel? Oh well she must not have told you it was gel.WTH do you mean. I chose a color no one asked if I wanted gel. I requested several times to fix a nail. Nail is still ugly. The more Cindy fixed it the worse it got. I'm sure because she messed up, if had I needed another nail I would have been charged for that as well. I asked for almond shape. I have soft stileto. Too pointy. Cut too much off my cuticles and caused me to bleed. Nails polish has holes in paint where she didn't paint all that will. no tip. Pulling one over on me for that extra charge cost her a no tip and I always tip. Make sure if you go here; which I don't recommend, be sure to tell them no gel polish if you're not wanting to pay an unexpected price. Left out an unsatisfied customer. The younger girl, all she could do was apologize. No worries. I won't be back."
