"I’ve tried going here a couple of times....never really had a great experience, but I kept giving the benefit of doubt because it was conveniently close to where I lived. Showed a picture of the full set I wanted, had to correct it twice because it looked nothing like what I showed, and it still wasn’t right in the end. I’m normally not a complainer, and I felt so bad that I didn’t want to say something for a third time. Also, the tips they put on my nails first weren’t sealed so there are significant gaps between the set and my real nails. I had to point it out twice and all he did was add super glue to under my nail to “fix” it but it was at the very end of my appointment. The gaps are still there. Overall not pleased and this time, I will NOT go back."
