"The receptionist was lovely but the massage was arguably the worst I’ve ever had. The therapist didn’t address the areas I asked her to focus on, the session was neither relaxing or therapeutic, and she cut the massage short by 15 minutes. I got the sense she really didn’t care or was very inexperienced. I NEVER post negative reviews but this was a truly disappointing experience."
