"Not happy with the customer service I received today. I walked in and informed one of four (??) people sitting at the desk that I needed an eyebrow waxing and was told to wait in the wax room.I sit down and the worker was just finishing up a customer. After the customer leaves, the worker starts cleaning up and another worker comes in and starts working on another lady. The two workers proceed to chat with one another.All this occurs without me even getting a greeting or acknowledgment. The worker doesn't even seem to realize I'm waiting. I simply got up and left. This was my go to place and now I have to find a new one. Not impressed."
