"I went on the recommendation of a friend, plus this place is close to my work. Never again will I be returning. I went late in the afternoon and it was crowded. I expected to wait but was made to soak for a long time, to the point of my skin wrinkling on my feet!! Seriously? Having a customer over soak is just a delay tactic. There were other customers who came in after me, who were worked on immediately. If they had appointments, then tell me! Don’t ignore me like an idiot and not communicate! I continued to soak until I realized I was being ignored and delayed. I took my wet feet out of the tub, put on my flip flops and left. Just when I was at the door I was acknowledged. This staff needs to learn professionalism and communication skills. Don’t ignore your customers."
