"After I waited 30 minutes, the lady started doing my nails and then another lady came in who had an appointment with her so she dropped my hands mid work and went to do the other lady's nails. so i sat and waited another 20 minutes with my nails half done. terrible service they don't even care about your experience, just the money like a majority of nail places. also i got my eyebrows waxed there and they barely made an attempt to remove the excess wax even after i asked her to use more rose water, come to find they use baby oil. broke out badly. not going back."
