"I use to love this place, but it has gone downhill. Tonight I noticed the pedicure techs NOT washing the utensils between clients and certainly did NOT sterilize them! They re-use the pumce sponges on every client. NASTY.The tech didn't Smooth my nails, they are rough & there's still old nail polish in the corners! Disappointed... Will NOT be back..."
