"Went in with beautiful long nails. Ask them to shorten them. They started on me and then I sat there while they took walk ins. No problem but for 45 minutes? Then my nails were cut way to short, cuticles nicked and bled, nails not same length or shaped the same. Powder dip not smoothed out or even. After decent service at this place for a year now in the last 2 months it has gone from 4 stars to I’m NEVER going back. I regret that I didn’t walk out and especially that I paid for something that anyone could have done better!"
