"Just left Happy Nails. Very disappointed with Rosa. I've been going there for a year and the service WAS good at the beginning. I've always tipped well ($10+). Started with Kevin doing my nails then he became sloppy and careless . Then switched to Rosa, who was very good, but today she was trying to do 3 people at the same time and was really sloppy. Never again!!!!"
