"I was not greeted upon my arrival. I sat down and waited on someone to ask me what services I needed and no one did! I gave it about 10 mins then I asked the lady if I could get a pedicure and she told me she didn't have time for a pedicure. I also wanted my nails done so I asked her if there was time for that and she then tells me no because they have appointments set up . Which is fine but I could've been notified of this when I first walked in."
