"I have never been so dissatisfied with a nail salon in my life. I have consistently for the last six months gotten dip powered done to my nails. I went to the owners mom who seemed to be the only one who knew how to do dip powder. My mom and I both went. COMPLETE waste of money. They had three workers and it took over two hours to get two peoples nails done. The results were horrendous. My nails look terrible. I went 4 days ago and three of my nails have cracked and then chipped and I have cuts on 3/10 of my fingers from another lady drilling my nails who seemed to have absolutely no idea what she was doing and couldn’t understand the simplest English such as “no shorter” or “ow”. The appearance of my nails is horrible, they are destroyed. My moms one hand they forgot to put the clear coat on so one hand is matte finish and the other glossy. They feel terrible. They drilled my nails so thin that once they chipped my nails bend when I scratch/touch anything. They are incredibly brittle and painful. We were visually upset the entire time and it was in so way relaxing. I would never in my life return to this establishment. If I knew how to attach pictures I would. My moms cuticle on her thumb is still so red and irritated and I have 3 scabs on 3 fingers. Awful."
