"They were in a rush, they closed at 7pm Saturday and I got there at 5:45 which is plenty of time for a refill and pedicure. Polish was very cheap and every time I wash my hands it feels like it’s rubbing off and sticky. I even chipped a nail after two days. It’s suppose to be “gel” polish. I drove almost 11 hours to attend the Essence Festivities and I just wanted a gel pedicure and gel fill in. Also, it’s very rude to constantly speak in they’re language in front of a paying customer while getting serviced. Key word “paying”. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. This is a true experience and not one that they’ve written themselves just thought I’d let you all know."
