"Went in for the first time yesterday with high hopes, got the basic spa pedicure which was $25 (too high for what they give you). I did get seated immediately so that’s nice, HOWEVER. The young man that worked on me was VERY distracted and while using the pumice he cut into my skin, drawing blood and I will possibly have a scar. He kept watching other employees and went waaaay too hard and didn’t stop till I tore my foot away from him. He barely acknowledged the hurt and then basically was too afraid to use the pumice on my other foot and called in the rest of the job. This has never happened in the 10 years I’ve been getting pedicures. I will not be returning. BEWARE."
