"This was the worst salon experience of my life. First the receptionist didn’t say hi and just stared at me... then after awkwardness asked what do you want? I came in for a color for blonde grow out on my brown hair. I showed him pics, and he said he can do it. I ended up with a grayish, spotty dirty looking pun stripped blended full foil color on all of my blonde... he didn’t tone the underneath either. My hair was dry for a month. He then told me it was a semi perm and will wash out... I went back in and talked to the owner, who had me sit in her chair and proceeded to yell at me, and argue with me for a half hour, until I was crying. She eventually gave me a full refund including product... but It wasn’t worth the horrible experience and the color over my hundred of dollars spend on my previously blonde hair. I thought I needed to review to help others, before they decide to ruin their hair at this salon. You will walk out with very dry, spotted hair... the color half fades out... not the right way to do hair... at all."
