"Today was my first time ever getting my nails done in Dutchesss county since I’ve been living here for a little over a year. My experience at first did not start off great because I felt like the guy was a little rude over the phone and when I came in he was a bit rude; also two ladies (who I assume where regulars since greeted him by name) that came in after me was seen before me. I was annoyed at that point but since my brother wedding is tomorrow and it wasn’t over crowded I decided to stay. Once I was seen the lady who did my sns nails and pedi was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and did a really great job. I will have to say I was impressed on how clean and nice it looked on the inside. I’m not so sure if I will come back due to the lack of good customer service that I experience today; and allowing two people to jump in front of me."
