"Horrible! One of the women ripped my nail off while removing my gel nails and causing it to bleed. She kept tugging at it as I pulled back. Couldn't she see it wasn't gonna just pop off? No apologies, or any acknowledgement after she did it either. I was still charged the regular price as well. I won't be returning and I wish I didn't have to give any stars."
