"My daughter and I were there for over an hour and a half and were late for dinner reservations because of it. Three workers and three other clients total in that time frame while we were there. My daughter was done in less that half an hour, getting a pedicure and nail polish. Hers was chipped that night. She's 9 and all we did was go to dinner, shower and to bed. I got a pedicure and nail dip and waited a long time. My old dip sat wrapped for over 30 minutes and then it stil...l wouldn't come off and it was scraped and rubbed off with techs fingers and glue-like residue was left all over my hands. I used to go to Golden Nails years ago when I lived in Cedar Rapids and loved it. For the price we paid visiting here, the night before we left for vacation, I am very disappointed- the chairs do not recline or massage, both of my big toes had no polish on them on day 2, and my middle finger nail cracked and chipped on the first day. We are in Florida on the beach relaxing. No reason for any chipping or cracking. Others in my group have not had this problem, one has had their toes done for 2 weeks already.
