"NO LONGER ACCOMMODATING WALK INS..never had an issue in the past, have always been able to do a walk in appointment..having a very busy schedual..being able to take an hour to get my toes done is a luxery ..However new management doesn't seem to have good management skills..was told it would be a half hour wait which I had no issue with....45 min later they took all scheduled appointments even though others were waiting..several came in well after me..left without getting a pedi..when I questioned the fact that they were taking another client ahead of me that just came in..its because they had an appointment..So basically if your a walk in..plan on waiting until all appointments are done..I won't ever go back..had been a loyal client for years..last 2 attempts for a walk in appointnent could not be accommodated"
