"I just witnessed a patron being racist toward one of the technicians. The patron was unjustly accusing the technician of being aggressive toward her when all she did was attempt to explain the difference in the price of services...this patron felt the need to point out the technicians race. I guess it was a pathetic attempt to get free services. I left feeling very angry for the technician and told her to contact me if she needed for me to vouch for her. Everyone deserves respect."
