"If I could give this place NO stars I would!!! DO NOT COME HERE!! I came here for an ombré one evening. I got an attitude about getting my nails done , they pick and choose who they’re nice to which is not good customer service. My friend and I went to get out nails done at a different place 3 weeks before I came here . My friend got an ombré and it only took 25 mins for a fill , ombré & a few gems, Simple right ? This place took over and HOUR to do that! I also asked for a few gems myself and they didn’t even do it so I said forget it and paid the $32 even though they were NOT how i asked!! If someone is paying for something it should be how they want! They do not listen or ask what you’d like or how u want it while they are doing them! They made my nails too short when I asked for a little bit of a file down! The shape looks bad! Some nails were even very noticeably longer or shorter then others I had to fix it when I got home 😤 it does not look like an ombré either !! They are also thick and bumpy which drives me nuts, Then I came back the next day to just get the gems ... Gave me an attitude of course and said “you can’t come back later “ very rudely !! I couldn’t come back because I was getting them done for an engagement party that day... had me waiting almost 40 mins just to get like 6 gems put on !!!?!??!! ... this is the LAST time I’m ever coming here . I can’t tell if this is a business or a joke !!! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone ! Very very dissatisfied! In like a week I will end up ripping them off & going somewhere else to get them done the RIGHT way ."
